Aqua Usage Terms

By inviting Aqua to your server, using the bot, or accessing this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The Aqua name, branding, website design, and custom graphics are owned by the Aqua team. You may not use our branding in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Aqua at any time if we believe you are violating these terms, abusing the service, or creating risk for other users or the infrastructure. We may also remove the bot from servers that consistently violate Discord's rules or applicable law.

8. Premium Features & Billing

If Aqua offers premium features or subscriptions, additional terms (such as pricing, renewal, and cancellation policies) may apply. Those details will be presented clearly at the point of purchase or upgrade.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable to keep infrastructure sustainable. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under your local laws.

Aqua may link to or play content from third-party platforms (such as YouTube or Spotify). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or policies of those platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

10. Governing Law
